In industrial production, high pressure resistant glass is generally installed on the sight holes of various pressure vessels, high-pressure reactors and high-pressure boilers to seal the operation of equipment in process vessels and the production status of products. According to the place where high-pressure glass is used, it can be divided into high-pressure mirror, window glass, high-pressure water level gauge glass plate and high-pressure glass tube.

1. High pressure mirror and window glass: this kind of high pressure glass is the most widely used pressure resistant glass for industrial pressure equipment. Its shape is round, square and abnormal. It is generally used for windows, sight holes and observation windows.

Technical parameters:

Withstand voltage: 1 to 30MPa,

Thickness: 5-50mm,

Light transmittance ≥ 93%,

The maximum specification of circular mirror is ￠ 500mm and the thickness is 12-50mm;

The maximum specification of square window is 400*400mm, and the thickness is 12-50mm.

2. High pressure water level gauge glass plate: this kind of high pressure glass is long strip glass, which is mainly used for observing the liquid level of boilers and pipelines.

This kind of high-pressure glass is divided into two types: groove type and smooth type.

The glass plate of trough type high-pressure water level gauge is a glass plate with multiple grooves on one side of polished glass. This product is mainly used for pressure vessels with pressure lower than 8.5MPa.

Flat glass plate is double-sided polished glass, which is mainly used for pressure vessels with working pressure less than 18Mpa.

Withstand voltage 5-30mpa,

15-30mm thick,

Length: less than 400mm

Common specifications: 218*34*17mm, 250*34*17mm, 280*34*17mm, 320*34*14mm, 340*34*17mm.

3. High pressure glass tube: also known as high pressure glass tube, it is a kind of tubular high pressure glass. It is used in the manufacture of medical devices, water treatment, food hygiene, chemical pipelines, lamps, etc. Because this series of products have strong compression resistance, good thermal stability, corrosion resistance and high light transmission.

Withstand voltage 0-2mpa

Normal thickness: 1-10mm,

General outer diameter: 15-200mm.
